Contributor Guidelines

AMTA NC Chapter Blog is looking for contributors who have a desire to share their knowledge, information and experience with other massage therapists in NC.  Our chapter serves a population of over 1700 AMTA NC Chapter members.

For your contribution you will be able to post your byline and 1 link to a website of your choice, and 2 other links related to the post you are contributing to.

A summary of the article (1 paragraph) needs to submitted first with teaser sentence to grab the reader’s attention to read further when they select “continued reading”. Pictures and videos used have to be documented where you obtained the media, permission of owner to use it, and contact name, email, and phone number owner of media.

We will need a short biography about you, and a small picture of you (head, neck and shoulders – 150 pixels by 300 pixels).   If you need help modifying the picture, send an email to perry.harward@amtanc.org.

Please let us know of any time sensitive submissions.  We may not be able to post it in time if there is a limitation.  Our editorial board has to approve each submission to see that it does not violate any of our policies, and if it stays on topics of massage therapy, upcoming classes, the business of massage, and other category listings of AMTA NC Chapter Blog. If you feel that a new category needs to be added, please list how you would like your contribution listed as.  Please keep in mind, that not every category is accepted.  It would make it more difficult to find articles if there were over 100 different categories.
