Each year we gather together to celebrate the accomplishments of our predecessors We want to recognize how each volunteer has made a difference in our chapter and the massage industry in NC. Here is your chance to find out what AMTA NC chapter does for you! I've officially added another ethics class for Monday October 17th from 6 to 9 PM at my office in Greensboro, NC. Ethics Roundtable: The longer we're in practice as massage therapists, the more potential we have for encountering confusing situations and ethical dilemmas. In fact, each day in our career and life brings new challenges and possibilities for learning how to conduct ourselves ethically and professionally. Thus even the most seasoned massage professionals can benefit from a review of professional boundaries and guidelines for working with clients. This class will provide a review of the NCBTMB's Standard V requirements and group discussion of some of the challenges faced in our profession.
